If Mason lets Bankins go, I believe the first thing he should do is hire Jordan Rodgers as quarterbacks coach. I know some of you want Bankins gone and I do too especially since he's not recruited very well and we've let some RB recruits get away from us. Ludwig could coach the running backs. There might be some people on here that don't like Rodgers or don't think it wouldn't be a good hire but I believe it would be a great hire. JR's football offensive football IQ is off the charts and what better QB in football to bounce ideas off of and seek advice from than ARodg. Like I said in a thread like this 2 weeks ago, JR trains QBs at the D1 in Memphis, Nashville, and Knoxville (through QB country I think) and he worked the Manning Passing Academy this past summer. He had quite a bit of success with us and had a solid 2012 senior season and yes I know he had Matthews, but he's been the best QB we've had since Cutler IMO. I think this would be a great hire and I think he would be a great teacher for our QBs and from hearing him talk football and evaluate our team he isn't afraid to say what's on his mind. I just listened to his interview from last week on 102.5 and I really like what he's said when he talked about our QB and offensive play. He said, "I've just been waiting to see the reigns let loose on offense. Where's the trick plays? Where's the deep attack? We haven't seen a ton of it. I'm looking for the offense to come out and unload the clip, play like they have nothing to lose because you really don't. You need to win this game (talking about the SC game this past Saturday) if you're going to look anywhere near a bowl game. You have to steal a few in the SEC. I want to see the offense be aggressive. Where is the offensive aggressiveness? I haven't seen it. I'd like to see them take shots down field and throw a few trick plays in there." I'm sick of seeing inconsistent and at times terrible QB play
