With the results of last nights game and the chatter on the board today, has your opinion changed on whether you believe Vanderbilt will move on from Stackhouse at the end of the year? Before yesterday, I would’ve said it was a 50/50 chance, but I’m now thinking it’s probably closer to 80% that they move on. There’s still some wins to be had if he hasn’t totally lost the locker room, but with how far out the fan base is, I’m not sure much can save him

Well, it did happen the last time VU lost an SEC game by this much or more. And I’d argue uproar after that game against the coach was way worse than now. Of course the coach said he may not be the one to coach this team, and passion for the hoops team was a lot more then too.

Is margin of victory/defeat a factor in selection?

Chris Holtmann at Ohio State. They are just 11-10 this year and their fans are getting restless and calling for Holtmann to be fired. He has made the last seven NCAA Tournaments and would have been eight had it not gotten cancelled in 2020. Lot of reasons to believe this is just a blip in the road rather than him forgetting how to coach. If he was fired, would you want Vanderbilt to look at him?
