They were outstanding!!! Most enjoyable college hoops game I've seen in a while. No free throw parade. Very few fouls called on either team. Neither team made it into the bonus, IIRC. I LOVED it!! They never called a cheap, post up positioning foul. They never bailed out a guard driving to the hoop (even Lee at the end of the game, twice.) They only called the obvious ones. Nobody was strapped with foul trouble. All the big men were allowed to play hard for 40 minutes. No foul outs. No tip-toeing with foul trouble. Baptiste was free to try and fight their awesome big guy for post position. Their big guy was in to make that late, crucial post move. Brown was in to snag that late, huge rebound. Players made all the plays. Please send this out for all officials to watch and duplicate.
