Having heard that remark from someone on this board, I checked the box score and play by play of last night's Kansas game (Kansas rallied to beat a 6-1 Oregon State team by about 15 points after trailing Oregon State by 11 at halftime).
Chris Diallo is now playing and has tremendous potential, but last night, he came off the bench and had 2 points, 2 rebounds, and 1 block, and there was no evidence that he saw the floor at all in the 2nd Half. Evidently, his current role is about equal to Semar Sehic on our team. I see little evidence that Diallo's eligibility to play would have had an effect on the Kansas-VU game in Maui.
