I just didn't think VU was going to hang on today as TN really punched them in the mouth by getting in VUs grill offensively and not letting VU get into their offense at all. Then just out physicalled them on the boards in a huge way. But VU stepped up and hit clutch after clutch shot. Then Joe Toye woke up and made a couple of big offensive plays that I feel gave VU the confidence to finish out. And TNs inability to hit shots throughout was TNs demise.
That was a really, really good win today. This team may lose out, who knows but it's come soooo far from the first 50% - 60% of the season. It's nice to see.
