La Lumiere (Ind.) four-star center James Banks is set to officially visit Vanderbilt on the weekend of September 11th-13th. Banks is AAU teammates with another Vanderbilt target in Braxton Blackwell, both have played for the Atlanta Celtics on the Adidas circuit. The 6-foot-10, 230-pound center just recently announced his transfer to La Lumiere (Ind.) after playing for Mount Vernon Christian School in Georgia.
He is also set to visit Texas this upcoming weekend and is planning to take his other three official visits as well.
