If we choose to move on from Stackhouse after this season or next, I'd like to explore some potential available names to take the temperature of the Board.

Gregg Marshall, former HC at Wichita State. Prior to that, extremely successful HC at Winthrop. All he does is win, and build programs into buzz saws. Last season wasn't good, and his exit was colored by some serious allegations, but Will Wade, Bruce Pearl and John Calipari can find premier SEC jobs and tons of on-court success following serious NCAA recruiting violations. Marshall has a stellar record and we know he can do the job. Here's his career record:

He has 22 years of experience, 525 wins, a. 720 win pct, he took Winthrop to 7 (!!!) NCAA Tournaments in 9 years, and he took Wichita to 7 NCAA Tournaments in 13 years including a Final. Four and a 1 seed. He has stayed in jobs for a long time and he would certainly be a hot hire to generate buzz around the program.
