Does it mean that the bathrooms at the Dud can be reallocated, allowing for more men's restrooms? IIRC, there was some part of the code that there had to be equal numbers of male and female restrooms at public facilities (or more female), which is why there is an extra female restroom compared to mens' at Vanderbilt Stadium.
