VU Football: Dir. of Player Personnel and Dir. of Player Development

Can anyone tell us the difference in the job responsibilities and scope? These positions are currently held by Tyler Barnes and Al Smith. The Personnel and Development positions are in addition to the program Academic, Strength & Operations positions.
