So I'm at a Halloween party on Saturday, and they have TVs on throughout the house. I'm trying not to see the game score so I can watch after, thinking all would be tuned to the World Series or the Vols-UK game.
But there was a TV on the Vandy game, and there was one fan that was being really vocal. The more I listened, the more I realized he was a real die-hard like the rest of us. The level of detail in his comments was just too high.
As we get to talking I bring up the secret intra-squad hoops scrimmage from a few weeks ago, and he says he was there. Knowing that only like 150 people were there, mainly only those who are connected on a high level, I asked him if he was a member here. That's when he revealed the truth: He was doctordore!
We reminisced over Vandy sports until we sickened all those around us and finally stopped to save a small level of decorum. But it was really a great VS moment that I knew everyone on this forum would appreciate and get a smile from.
