Justin Dewers, ranked as the nation's 10th combo kicker (K/P/KO) by Chris Sailor Kicking, announced his commitment to Vanderbilt on Thursday via Twitter. The Prestonwood Christians Academy prospect out of Plano, Texas had picked up an offer from Coach LePak back in late October.
