Here's a chart of how Vanderbilt's 85 football scholarships could be allocated, by year.

A few things here:
- Note the extensive footnotes at the end.
- We still don't know definitively who's coming back and who's not other than the eight who've publicly hit the transfer portal. So don't get hung up on the numbers at the bottom yet.
- I've divided DBs into S/CB and LB/DL now into LB/DL/edge. I'm sure there are several instances where you can categorize one guy in one category somewhere else but looked at where VU and PFF list them and made my best judgment.
- If you see something that looks off, please ask or let me know if I made a mistake. It probably took me seven hours to put this together but there's a decent chance I missed something or made a mistake somewhere.
