Just from watching: 1. Everyone contributes. It just seemed like every player contributed in a positive way. 2. Rebounding: I liked how there were a lot of white shirts on the defensive boards every time. While there is some technique and strategy involved in rebounding, it is mostly a "want to" skill. Maybe that can help to make up for lack of size inside.
