A couple of Stanford transfers that Vanderbilt is showing interest in, not sure what will transpire after the dead period, but its something to keep an eye on.
- A native of Texas, Williams started all 12 games for Stanford this past season where he recorded 24 tackles and six tackles for loss. He started 13 games for the Cardinal last year, recording 42 tackles. Williams is a graduate transfer that will be immediately eligible wherever he signs and will have two years of eligibility remaining. Michigan, Arkansas, Illinois, SMU, and others have also expressed interest.
- Swann held an offer from Vanderbilt back when he was in high school at Center Grove (Ind.), but eventually chose Stanford over the likes of Northwestern and Indiana. The redshirt junior finished the 2019 season with 31 tackles, 7.5 tackles for loss, and four sacks. He is a graduate transfer and will be eligible immediately at his next school.
