Anyone care to qualify the “egregious refs gave the game to Vandy” noise in a detailed response with evidence? They are acting like we didn’t have any missed calls and they would have won handily without the penalties. I felt like we borderline dominated them in all phases and made great plays all over the field. I get the post rain-delay rally as we looked like we were just coasting to the victory but they act like the game was won by measure of nano-particle:
1) Facemask call - - GT player grabbed Vandy WR facemask and flag was thrown this one should be put to rest but they won’t seem to acknowledge
2) 3rd Qtr Pass interference - this one I’m not sure haven’t seen it
3) 3rd Qtr Key goes crazy on sideline and gets flagged
4) GT pushes Vandy into PR and gets flagged for block in the back - - I would suggest the gunner keep his hands down next time and even though it was more of a push than a shove it was still a penalty so why not put this to rest?
