Nelson OBP is 1st at .474. Furniss, OM, is .465. Fischer, UTjr is .462, Kozeal is .413
Nelson Slug% is 3rd at .688. Fischer is 1st at .707 and Kozeal is 2nd at .689
Nelson OPS is 2nd at 1.161. Fischer leads at 1.68, Kozeal is 3rd at 1.135
Nelson is tied for 4th in HR with 4 -- Fischer 7, Kozeal 5, Schuessel 5.
Nelson is tied for 2nd in K% of 18% -- Fishcher and Kozeal lead at 17%. Furniss is 5th at 20%.
Nelson is 1st in Fielding% as he has 0 errors. It's too much work to find the others but we do know none of them have 0 errors. We'll just say they are all tied for 2nd.
Where Nelson lags is RBI, he's 5th with only 13. Kozeal leads with 30 (I think 7 of those were against us), Schuessel 20, Furniss 19, Fischer 15.

If he starts to pick up more RBIs he can narrow the gap, especially on Fischer, but it'll be hard to catch Kozeal.
Seems ironic that the final choice could come down to either Nelson or Kozeal as we could have had them both -- just not at 1B.
Also seems ironic that Kozeal is only at 1B because he was not a good defensive 2nd baseman.
