According to David Ammenheuser, “Notre Dame beat Vanderbilt 22-17, stopping an early two-game losing streak, halting any early season Commodore momentum and for the second straight year, derailing early season national hype.” I didn’t realize we’d lost our first two games; won’t know how this impacts our momentum until next Saturday; and I doubt that losing a game we should have won at Notre Dame will “derail” our national hype. This kind of sloppy “journalism” is why I canceled my subscription.
