Why this just occurred to me I have no idea. But we have all been talking about the vast improvement on defense, and our slowly improving offense.
What's going on with special teams? Muffed punts, blockers touching punts, blocked punts, bad holds on fg attempts, missed fg's, etc.. We've had at least one of each of these, that's a lot of bad special teams for a season, much less for 4 games.
Any ideas on why we have made such big improvements in offense and defense, but special teams still a comedy of errors?
