1. Staff appears to be doing an excellent job on the recruiting trail and if it can get them into the program it will represent an upgrade in recruiting and CKS recruited fairly well but a different type of player in some regards.
2. CBD handles PR and community outreach very well which may lead to an expansion of the Vandy fan base once it starts competing in the top 3 of the SEC
3. Prior coaching success that was an improvement over the prior results may be projectable to Vandy
4. Staff has history of developing players to be skilled defensively (as Coach Cal states that is the one thing that all successful tournament teams must have, as offense can disappear on some nights)
5. Complete turn over in roster can happen in two years
