I watched this while home yesterday due to my son being sick.
Talk about uninspiring. Hearing Coach Lea speak was mind numbing. Repeating the same catch phrases over and over again. I feel for these players, as alot of them had just stunned looks on their faces when he was speaking. I don't see how they could have any confidence in his leadership to be honest. I don't know if he even knew what he was saying half the time.
He sounded just like a Derek Mason clone with the catch phrases, except I do not remember Mason repeating them over and over again (back to back) when talking to the team.
After seeing that I cannot see how he is the guy, and how he can be successful as a HC.
