Will wonders never cease? UT just beat Florida in extra innings again to take the series in Gainesville. Of course, Florida was missing 4-5 starters due to a suspension and it certainly showed with some very ragged defense and base-running on their part. Still, kudos to Dave, if I ever want UT to win (I don't) it's best they do it against Florida.
Meanwhile, former league co-leader Auburn lost to even their series with A&M. Other co-leader Kentucky is losing to Miss State late 8-4 after 6. Other co-leader Arkansas is romping and stomping LSU again 8-1 after 5.
Ole Miss came back to beat Alabama ("beat Alabama" is something you'll hear a lot this year) to take that series and they go for the sweep tomorrow.
Missouri beat Georgia to take that series 2-1. "Beat Georgia" will also be heard a lot.
