I love this kid and always have. I can’t remember a player ( for Vandy) that can create his own shot, get to the rim and finish the way he can...But...
Even going back to last year and now these last two games unfortunately he has been a common component in close, late game miscues. In the last two games (SMU & AU) he was the one throwing the bad inbounds pass that cost us a chance to win.
Wouldn’t a simple solution be to have some else inbound the ball? I would think it would also be more advantageous to have someone with his quickness on the court trying to get open to receive the ball when the defenses ratchet up the pressure.
I’ll be curious moving forward if Stack switches this up.
