Vanderbilt commit Rayshad Williams plans to officially visit Mississippi State (19th), UCLA (26th), and Florida (Feb 2nd). He has yet to pick up offers from UCLA or Florida, but he expects those soon. When I spoke to him, there was no mention of Tennessee.
