Don't really have sense of where the search will go yet for sure. My initial Hot Board was designed not to be too speculative; I know three of the four guys have interest in the job and while I can't tell you for certain that Clark Lea does, that makes sense for all the reasons you know so not a long shot.
Two more names worth watching:
- Lance Leipold. I don't know where things stand with him, but, that name is popping up elsewhere and he did follow us on Twitter a few years back.
- Tony Elliott. I was laughed at for bringing Elliot up last year by someone with Clemson connections, and maybe that's the right call. But a source today believes there may be something to Elliott being interested in the job. I need more than that to say he's a candidate but it's something I'll watch.
