In the prediction thread, someone predicted we lose today because of our "offensive woes". It's a prediction thread, everyone can predict what they think will happen, that's the sole purpose of it.
But, when I read about the "offensive woes" part, that made me question how many people really think we are struggling on offense?
News flash for everyone that feels we are struggling on offense. We aren't!!
We've struggled against Bama and Georgia. Has anyone noticed so far that both are top 5 teams, and everyone with inferior talent struggles to move the ball on them.
We scored 24 on the road against Florida. Ole Miss isn't Florida on defense. Ole Miss is probably closer to MTSU than Florida on defense.
Today, we win or lose based on whether or not we get td's or fg's in the redzone, and whether or not we make them kick fg's in the redzone.
We will move the ball today, just like we have in every game not against top 5 opponents. This game will be a shootout that comes down to td's and fg's, plain and simple.
