Sooo, we celebrated well last night and didn’t really get moving until 9am. Our hotel is 95% Georgia Tech fans, they’re everywhere.
We hit the breakfast buffet, some Ga Tech gear but for the most part, they’re just wearing normal attire. At the omelette bar, the lady says, “oh no honey, this a 30 minute wait for your omelette .” I said that’s fine and made my order with my name at the top. When my omelette is finally ready, she screams out “@Friedas_Boss” and I heard her from all the way across the room.
A few minutes later, my wife and I are eating and we hear in a very loud voice, “Vandy, Vandy? VANDY, you’re omelette is ready!”
Guy walks up there in his Vandy gear with a huge grin on his face as my wife and I are dying laughing.
I’m actually mad at myself for not thinking of that first.
