So this morning on 104.5, Kayla asked Andy Staples about the Vanderbilt/Texas matchup and asked if Vanderbilt would be able to sustain this success moving forward. I was expecting a full on discussion and Andy basically said "No, this is all because of Diego Pavia. He is a dog and they are winning because of him." While I was disappointed in the lazy answer and quick "discussion", I have been worried about this as well. I know Diego's successor wishlists have been discussed on the board, but if we don't find someone very similar, do we go back to what we are used to? Or do we gain enough steam in recruites, NIL, Transfer Portal and just buzz, that we CAN sustain it and stack good seasons together?
