I am so proud of this kid and the basketball player he has become. I'm glad those free throws didn't come back to haunt us because his heart, effort, physical and mental toughness were all on display and that would have been a shame.
He has been my kids' favorite player for all four years and he brought them a whole lot of joy today (they met him at event prior to season his freshman year and loved how tall he was (and how nice he was))!
