First time parking in Lot 4...Have to work and coach on Thursday, will be arriving around 6:00 to 6:15. Will there still be spots in Lot 4 at that time? Do they over sale the Parking Pass lots?

Yes, you should be fine arriving around 6:15.

(Not sure if they oversell passes, I doubt it.) I wouldn't worry about finding a spot to park. You obviously won't be finding anywhere to set up a tailgate, but I doubt you'll be doing that.
