It needs to be a stringent sent of rules that if a team follows them they don't get fined. This isn't sustainable.
What more could VU have done? Multiple announcements were made, tons of security lined up. How do you stop it?
We should have offered $100 cash to each student not to storm. Would save $200k. We don't have half a million to waste on this.
I love the students. I'm proud of them for storming. I was on the field for Bama and would.be on the court today if I had been there (I live in Minneapolis). But something has to change.
