On TV they mention that lea said something along the lines of "We've caught up on talent now we need to execute."
That wasn't the exact word for word quote but close to it. I would disagree 100% and it's almost like Lea saying "just give me time, I'm bringing in talent."
Outside maybe 3-4 players, our players look overmatched, especially in speed, against teams like UNLV. I don't quite understand why Lea thinks we are more talented, we've struggled against Hawaii, UMASS and lost to UNLV. I really haven't seen some talent upgrade nor do I think we will finish this recruit cycle upgrading our talent relative to the SEC., Which, as I have believed since his hire, I really don't see us having a winning season with Lea. :/
