No Pavia jerseys or tees available for fans (I'm ready with credit card for my four kids).
No Pavia 15-30 second videos on socials directly asking fans to come to the game next Saturday night along with a unique link to buy tickets - this would take less than fifteen minutes of work from marketing staff ... we have over 100k IG and 100k Twitter followers, as well as over 100k "Vanderbilt Athletics" followers on Facebook. For a $10-15k spend, each one of these followers could be blasted all week with a short video inviting them to the game. Easy to track link clicks and ticket purchase conversions to see if this type of marketing works.
Just my thoughts. These are marketing basics that have been missed so far.
On the bright side, big props to the staff for the behind the scenes and highlight videos of the team, Clark, and Pavia.
