Off topic I have COVID. Any advice?

I tested positive for COVID yesterday. I thought I had a bad stomach bug but went to the doctor to get tested and it came back positive. I've isolated myself downstairs and my wife and son are quarantined upstairs.

I feel super guilty that my wife is having to watch the kiddo by herself. Does anyone have any advice?
