There are some sports media figures that have written about UT fans and are taking up for how the fans have acted during this coaching search. Most of these people are in Knoxville and are trying to justify the actions to national sports media figures by saying "you don't know what UT fans have been through". Here's my problem....they want sympathy for the fans acting like buffoons because they "haven't been good in 10 years". It shows you how awful and entitled that fan base really is. Am I missing something here? I don't care that they've won national championships. All big programs go through rebuilding/struggling phases, stop playing the victim card UT fans.
