An upset can always happen, but at this point if VU wins all the winnable games (games that VU are going to probably be 3 point or less dogs or favorites) to me looks like 9’ is the max wins they really can get. I had it as 10-11 which would included MS St and at this point I’m now down to 9. So their margin of error is tiny IMO and of the 9 at MO I’d rank as top 2-4 most difficult. But not the toughest.

And of the 9 probably only vs SC is one that they absolutely should win. It’s really hard to go 8–0 in close to 50/50 games.

So while winning at MO doesn’t eliminate them and they could alway have a crazy upset or two , they lose it odds IMO are pretty great that 7 SEC wins or less will occur in which you can kiss a tourney bid adios. As some SEC teams think can maybe get in at 7-11. Don’t think VU would be one of them. Think they need to go 8-10 and I don’t see that happening if they can’t win the next two. Sorry. (It’s not impossible but very probable they can’t).

Just hard to make up home losses. They got 1 road win but gave it right back with the home loss. Home games vs Aub, KY, TN, and Ole Miss. Does anyone see them going 4-0. Does anine even see them going even 3-1 in those 4. So where do the road wins come from if they can even manage 2-2 which will be daunting. MO has to be one of them. At AL, FL, TN, KY, TX AM. Anyone see a win on those 5???

That leaves MO, GA and OK. MO is the best chance for another road win no doubt.

Whew tough sledding and just got to take it 1 game at a time. But losing that MS St game like they did put them in tough tough situation.
