Two Vanderbilt recruits will be taking official visits elsewhere this weekend. Alex Lomax is at Wichita State. He has narrowed his list to also include Florida, Memphis, Missouri, Ole Miss, and the Dores.
Aaron Nesmith, who has already visited Vanderbilt, is making up a trip to Florida that was cancelled a few weekends ago. Nesmith told us that after the Gainesville tour, this may do it. If so, he should decide very soon.
Nesmith was close to a commitment to the Commodores during the visit, but his dad intervened. Sources tell us that the staff wants him and feels good about the situation. But there is a concern that the facilities at Florida are much better, and once Nesmsith sees them, he could be swayed.
