Only I team this season has beaten Vanderbilt twice in one weekend at The Hawk.
Meanwhile, UTjr has not won a home weekend series since March 16th. Since then, they've lost twice in a weekend at home to 4 different teams.
I have yet to find a pundit who thinks UTjr will lose their regional, certainly not Chris Burke.
Meanwhile, I've heard several pundits question Vanderbilt's ability to win their regional, including our very own @WillByrum .
In Will's defense, I think he is very savvy and cunning like a fox and is just hedging his bets and trying to cover for @Trevor Hulan , who, probably inadvertently while in a drunken stupor, once wanted Corbs fired.
We all try to protect our friends when they say stupid things, but I think this is a bridge too far. Some things our friends say are so indefensible that it's best to back away and let them suffer the consequences and let them eat the crow. How else will they learn not to say stupid things?
BTW, it is not illegal to eat crows but it might be illegal to kill a crow. However, in Tennessee, it is legal to eat road kill.
All one needs to do is find someone on the Black Crow Market section on Craig's List who peddles road kill crow, secure it, roast it, lightly season it, and then present it on a silver platter on the next TDR Podcast for Trevor to consume for us all to watch.
I have no doubt that podcast would go viral.
"Mommy, come look! There's a suss guy on You Tube eating a black birdy!"
