Vandy WBB played Duke in a secret scrimmage prior to the season and beat them by at least 10 in what was a very high scoring affair. It was said that Mikayla Blakes was easily the best player on the court that day.
I really like the matchup for Vandy if both can win their first round game. Duke is a much more perimeter oriented team without a big post or physical presence. They are prolific but vandy has shown a great ability to compete with these teams this year (see beating tennessee twice and alabama).
