I was told by someone close to Brian Kimbrow that he does not plan to transfer anywhere until after the fall semester. He is on track to graduate in December, and he plans to stay at Vanderbilt to earn his degree. After December, he plans to transfer somewhere to continue his football career. I was also told that he won't be rejoining Vanderbilt's football team.
In my opinion, this is a wise decision for Kimbrow. Most kids would transfer elsewhere to just to play football for two years.
