Justin and I were having a discussion off site and he posed an interesting question: just how many EEs can we take? Let's delve into the prospects that we think wI'll be EE:
Deuce Wallace - commit
Donavan Tennyson - commit
Grayson Stover - target
JoeJuan Williams - target
Zaire Jones - target
Kyle Oliver - target
Gabe Angel - target (a very large longshot)
That right there is 7 EEs. As I told Justin, I see no way VU allows 7 EES unless they're all full qualifiers without football. But just think of that class if we were to hit on all of those targets? Best class of Mason's tenure? I think so.
Now, do I expect us to hit on all of those? Not at all. I expect Zaire and I am hopeful about JJW, Stover, and Oliver.
I don't expect Angel, but he would be a very pleasant surprise.
