The son of New York Giants head coach Pat Shurmur completed fourteen of twenty passes for 143 yards with a touchdown and an interception. Shurmur was left off the Chiefs final 53 man roster, however he was added to the team’s practice squad.
Khari Blasingame accounted for the Minnesota Vikings second most rushing attempts with seven for nineteen yards. The undrafted rookie also added three receptions for five yards. The former Commodore power back was unsuccessful in his bid to make the Vikings final 53, however he was signed to their practice squad.
