Philip's sarcastic Williams thread got me thinking that as I *think* I learn how things work over on West End, Williams probably doesn't deserve the blame he has gotten over the hiring of Mason. So the question is; who gets the credit and blame? I haven't said anything negative about Williams in a while because I think he's just a hand puppet.
