Vandy Landed a Commit from 3* QB/ATH Daniel Vollmer Yesterday
6-2 210 coming from a very good ST X (Ohio) program
Beating out Duke, Cincinatti and Indiana for him is a good look on the national level. No more beating our G5 schools for guys as in past years. Have to win recruiting battles vs P5 schools. I like how we are committing to the dual threat QB movement. assuming theres a transfer (or 2) after spring ball, this will be the first time vandy has had a full QB room of Dual threat guys with similar skillsets since 2013 (ACS, Patton, Mac, Grady). His size advantage means he will be able to take some hits in Kill's QB Run heavy offense.
I'd expect to get used to seeing that ATH designation next to Vanderbilt QB Commits going forward.
