I'm sure that many of you also received an email with an e-coupon for 25% off your concessions order as a way of saying we understand that we weren't as efficient as we could have been this year. I thought it was nice gesture so at the half showed the cashier my coupon for my discount on my $9.50 purchase and was told that they didn't know how to use the coupon so my discount wasn't available .......oh well, I suppose it is the thought that counts.
