I will be the first to say that I did not get all the angst over her being a candidate and then her subsequent hiring as our Athletic Director. I saw her as a confident woman who hadn’t really shown be anything negative so I was all in and hopeful that she would do a good job here at Vanderbilt.
Fast forward to now and I’m not so sure. With her being so heavily involved in the continuing shrinkage of our fanbase by changing the logo we all love to the Buttplug V, it shows her true colors. The lack of communication on the biggest capital expenditure towards football and whatever other sports the money is going to has been alarming. The AD policies during Covid were terrible under her watch as well
I’m pretty sure she is not the agent of change we all hoped for but rather just another “yes man” for the people who have no interest in seeing Vanderbilt have success in athletics.
Sadly, I think she is just another in a long line of duds (pun intended).
