Matthew Phillips will visit Vanderbilt unofficially tomorrow. He told us he's been talking to new special teams coach Shawn Mennenga. Sounds like an offer could develop here since that is another big need for the Commodores to fill.
Phillips just recently picked up offers from Middle Tennessee, Western Kentucky, and visited Austin Peay this past weekend
