On the Ole Miss blocked punt, the ball hit the ground, bounced up and because the ball was going over his head an Ole Miss player batted the ball forward. Should this have been a penalty? Perhaps because the ball had still not been possessed could VU have accepted the 10 yard penalty and been granted a first down (as it was 4th and 6)?
