Marshall has withdrawn from the Independence Bowl vs. Army. Marshall's head coach left after the Sun Belt Championship game to go to Southern Miss. Although a new head coach was immediately hired, due to opt outs and 36 players in the transfer portal, Marshall cannot field a team for the bowl game. What is happening to college football? Such a sad state of affairs.
