Really good win for the guys , stepping up after it began to look like it might be a long afternoon:
1. Carey was everything early on; kept us in the game; was great all game
2. Nickel got hot when we really needed him to. Changed the momentum for sure.
3. Tanner may make some mistakes on defense but he was a pest whenever he was in there.
4. I spent much of the first half and into the second thinking that we are not seeing enough of Edwards being Edwards. Seemed like he sat quite a bit in the first half. But what he did the last
10 minutes was extra special. Edwards at his best.
5. Hoggard can drive you crazy at times during the game. But at the very end, when the team needed to score to keep a safe margin--- well, Hoggard did what Hoggard does.
6. Students get a huge assist. The student section was the Memorial student section we all know and love. It is great to have the students back at games and having fun.
