US News rankings are coming out in a week. I don’t see Vandy moving up much. My firm is hired by universities to model our rankings so they know where they are over or under resourced and we’ve done the upcoming USNWR rankings thousands of times with slight changes (methodological and metric values). 17 or 18 I’m over 90% we will land.

But in more news, CDD is commissioning a study and other universities to create their own rankings. I probably won’t comment on this yet other than my understanding they are asking other schools to pay to be a part of the creation of a new system and I think that’s a really bad move.

I still think this team will win some games no one expects it to. That said, we are a good running back, a fast receiver (thanks London), an offensive line, and two lockdown corners away from being legit. And a real head coach and a competent AD. Hope springs eternal, I guess. It sure gets harder to find it though
